To contact one of our active consumer consultants, listed on this site -
please fill in the contact form on this page, indicating the following details:
- Your primary diagnosis.
- The top question you would like to discuss.
- The consultant you would like to contact.
- Your contact email address.
Once you have submitted your form, we will attempt to connect you with your requested consultant or an appropriate consultant within five to seven days of receipt of your request.
This service (nor do its consultants) attempt to provide any specific medical advice, regarding illness or treatment. This website and service provides a linkage between patients seeking to connect and discuss similar experiences.
Our website and this service is currently run by volunteers and is free of charge. Eventually, Consumerconsultation.com will become a web-based subscription service.
